OUR STORY
Painting Pieces was created by Bear Tree Creative—a small, family-run art studio rooted in the rugged beauty of the Rocky Mountains. What started as a way to bring joyful, nature-inspired artwork into everyday spaces has grown into something bigger: a collaborative painting experience designed to bring people closer to each other and to the creative spirit within themselves.
We wanted to create something that didn’t require formal training, expensive materials, or an art studio—just good people, some paint, and a shared table.
A Family-Built, Artist-Led Vision
Bear Tree Creative is run by Andy, the resident artist, and Megan, the operations guru. Together, we combine art, meaningful experiences, and a deep love of nature to bring creative experiences to life.
Our inspiration is drawn from wild places—Colorado parks, mountain trails, national forests. We see art as an invitation to connect with the world (and people) around you. We have years of wellness-focused and logistical experience ensuring sure every Painting Pieces kit gets to you with ease and care.
